• We currently deliver across Bangladesh.

• Some remote or restricted areas may have limited or no delivery service. Please contact us to confirm availability.

2. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery within Dhaka City: 1–2 working days.

• Outside Dhaka (Nationwide): 2–5 working days depending on courier availability.

• Emergency/urgent delivery (if applicable) may be arranged at additional cost.

3. Delivery Charges

• Any issues (damage, missing items, wrong product) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Once signed/accepted, Aspen Medical Solution will not be responsible for damages caused after delivery.

7. Delays & Exceptions

• Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, strikes, natural disasters, or unforeseen events.

• Aspen Medical Solution is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
